The Verve

A complex of five existing buildings in a unique landscape right on the sea. This project is about transforming an old storage to a hi – end villa.

The challenge was to keep the shell and footprint of the buildings as it is and transform the facades and interior design.

The already clear geometrical building shapes was kept and endorsed in order to support a timeless quality. Also, natural materials were used such as stone, concrete and wood which give the buildings a natural feeling of the country side area. 

The main building which is in the center of the composition, is built completely with stone and consists all the common areas, as well as the master bedrooms. All the other buildings surround the main building are used as guest houses and as s gym.

The interior was mostly the area on which the biggest changes were made. Attention to detail is half of the art.
